Our job is not to fix the whole world at once, but to reach out to fix the part of the world that is within our reach. Every small, quiet act that one soul can do to help another soul, to help a part of this poor suffering world, will help immensely. However, it is not given to us to know what actions or by whom the critical mass is tipped in the direction of a lasting good.
