In 2024 I was charmed by the coastal town of Paimpol in the Brittany region of France. This seaside gem reminded me that some of my favourite memories include floating gently in communion with the sea. My stay here inspired a series of works about women and our relationship with the great tides of our world.
I worked closely with two French graffers, who gave my lady of the water a certain edge. They added the letters to the left and right, as well as her little seagull friend!
